So throughout the month, we will be sharing with you, tips to take care of your body and your mind on Clennett’s Trade Centre Facebook page.

Tradies Tools to Talk

Tradies are often faced with a ‘harden up’ attitude and fear of being judged as weak when it comes to opening up about mental health. It’s important to ask the question, “Are you OK?” if someone seems to be doing it tough.

This will lay the foundation and give them permission to open up about life’s ups and downs.

As a part of #tradiesnationalhealthmonth, R U OK Day has released ‘Tradies Tools to Talk’ to empower tradies with the knowledge and confidence to check in with a mate who might be doing it tough.
